As a first-generation LGBTQIA+ Cuban American from Miami, I’ve always been driven by a passion for storytelling that goes beyond entertainment—it’s about creating experiences that resonate deeply and foster connection. My journey began with a love for theater as a child, evolving into a career that has taken me from education to corporate leadership, and now back to my true calling: directing.
Through Latiné Theater Lab, I aim to craft productions that explore the depths of human emotion and connection, blending my expertise in directing, education, and strategic leadership to push the boundaries of conventional theater. My work is rooted in authenticity and innovation, and I am committed to creating a space where artists and audiences alike can embark on transformative journeys of self-discovery and reflection. My ultimate goal is to challenge, inspire, and create meaningful dialogue through theater, leaving an indelible mark on the community I love.
